**Seeking Clinic Assistant / Receptionist.**

We are a small team passionate in helping men find their confidence. We specialise in hair removal (IPL/Laser/Waxing) and skin therapies. We opened our place in 2014 when we noticed that a lot of clinics were women focused and turning men away, so we decided to create a unique, comfortable environment just for the men of Perth to receive professional, top-quality treatments. We are dedicated to offering exceptional service to our loyal clients. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others, to assist us with reception duties and the smooth running of our clinic.
- The position will involve: _
- Welcoming clients to the clinic, ensuring the space is clean and presented to the highest standard at all times
- Reception duties including, but not limited to, managing bookings and responding to enquiries
- Daily set up and close down duties
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Assisting therapists with client preparation
- Teeth whitening procedures
- Managing materials & consumables
- Administration duties including filing, data entry and implementing processes and protocols to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Being a source of knowledge for our clients on the products and treatments the clinic offers
- Ensuring therapists have everything they need to perform treatments effectively and give our clients a wonderful experience
- Have exceptional customer service, communication, and organisation skills

- Have experience in either administration or the beauty / hair industry
- Enjoy taking ownership of their responsibilities and working in a collaborative environment
- Take pride in their presentation and the appearance of their workspace
- Have a caring persona with a nurse-like mentality

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
