**About the position**

As a Casual Learn to Swim Instructor you will perform weekend and holiday work at our Muswellbrook and Denman Aquatic Centre facilities. You will:

- Monitor and maintain pool facilities, identify potential hazards or unsafe conditions and respond appropriately to have the hazard eliminated or appropriately managed.
- Engage in public relations and the provision of Aquatic or Fitness Programs i.e. Learn-to-Swim Instruction, Spin Classes, Group Fitness Classes and other duties as required.
- Undergo relevant training and provide first aid to patrons.

**About you**
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality Customer Service
- Program Certification:

- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming or Royal Life Saving Swim Teacher
- Fitness Instructor Cert III or Higher (desirable)
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- CPR and/or First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Lifeguard Certificate (desirable)
- Statement of Attainment in Aquatic Technical Operator (desirable)
