GREEN ZONE Warwick are looking for motivated, outgoing and innovative Group Fitness Instructors to join our team

1600 square meters of the latest equipment with a high-end fit out and not only one, but TWO group fitness rooms, one specifically designed for Boxing It is well and truly the best fitness club in the area and we are on the lookout for Group Fitness Instructors to be a part of our community and state of the art facility

This Group Fitness Instructor role will see you running creative and high energy training sessions at our club in Warwick. During the session you will motivate our members to push their limits and have fun in the process Our trainers take pride in our brand and work to build a great community vibe within the gym.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead functional / boxing classes to high standards
- Provide training and technical advice and feedback throughout classes
- Ensure the rooms are maintained, clean and safe
- Motivate, inspire and encourage members while engaged in classes
- Assist in marketing, promotion, acquisition and retention initiatives

**Key Attributes**:

- Experience in leading Group Fitness classes
- Ability to develop strong relationships with members and business partners
- Self-motivated and focused on personal growth as well as confident with own ability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends where necessary
- Exceptional communication skills, time management and attention to detail
- Motivated and passionate about the fitness industry

**Applicant Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Fitness / Degree in Sports Science
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WARWICK, WA 6024: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
