We are currently recruiting a passionate and skilled Health Clinician to join our dynamic team at Central Coast Local Health District. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative and innovative healthcare environment that strives to make a positive impact on the well-being of our community.
The Health Clinician supports the Senior Health Clinician in operationalizing the Health components within the Joint Child Protection Response Program (JCPRP) in partnership with NSW Police and Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ). The Program responds to serious and criminal cases of sexual assault, physical abuse and neglect of children and young people.
This is a Multi-Disciplinary role and suitable for the following:

- Social Worker Level 3
- Psychologist
- Senior Psychologist

The Joint Child Protection Response Program is a tri-agency program delivered by the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), the NSW Police Force and NSW Health. Our services are dynamic, innovative, and leaders in trauma informed, culturally safe and strength based care. We have a primary role of establishing stabilisation and safety for children, young people, individuals and families and work across the health system to support healing and recovery, with a focus on increasing capacity and wellbeing. We are committed to ongoing development and continuous improvement and strive for a flexible and responsive public health response to Violence Abuse and Neglect.
