About the Role
- Support the continuous improvement and development of Metro South Health's (MSH) clinical governance and risk systems (RiskMan and Camms.Risk), including regular reporting on MSH's clinical incidents and consumer feedback to MSH stakeholders, including senior management and Executive.
- Provide risk, clinical incident, and consumer feedback-related, systems governance advice and guidance, as required across MSH.
- Collaborate in furthering MSH's risk and systems governance and management agenda, by helping to ensure that clinical incident, consumer feedback and risk system governance management is embedded into the organisation's corporate culture and are reflected in MSH's day-to-day operations.
