**Role Highlights**:

- **Pay**: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience & role level)
- **Job Type**: Casual or Full-Time
- **Location**: On-site at Roman's Deli

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 years of FOH or customer service experience
- Experience working in a kitchen or food-service venue
- An interest in quality food, coffee, and deli culture
- A bubbly personality and love for people
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable delegating tasks and helping lead service when needed
- Experience working in a kitchen or food-service venue
- An interest in quality food, coffee, and deli culture

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
