Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline hospitality across waitstaff, runner, and host roles, delivering warm, efficient service that creates memorable guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction during service periods.
  • Represent Opera Bar and Applejack Hospitality with a professional, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Assist in maintaining venue standards, including setup, service routines, and post-service cleanup as required.
Qualifications
  • Passionate, positive, and proactive team player with a love for hospitality, great food, and drinks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment and to lead when needed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability for the casual-to-full-time hours typical in hospitality roles.
