It's more than working for a global leader; it's an opportunity to be a part of something that impacts people all over the world.About the roleTo manage existing retailer relationships across a group of emerging customers as well as drive sales out activities, working autonomously within a small designated geographical territory with allocated accounts.
You will implement and execute company and national account plans at account level & store level including promotional activities, merchandising, negotiating greater share of shelf and general problem solving to exceed company goals whilst showcasing your product expertise to retail sales staff and customers through best in class product training, demonstrations and masterclasses.
This role will be split between office-based account management align with field territory activities.
Key responsibilities include:Account Management: Own and manage assigned accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.In-Store Execution: Plan and execute over & above merchandising displays.Product Training: Deliver face-to-face product training and demonstrations.We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:1.

Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementSkilled in building and maintaining effective relationships with key business partners.Confidence in engaging with various stakeholders at account head office, store and regional levels.3.
Effective Time Management & PlanningAbility to strategically allocate time and resources to tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and achieve both short-term and long-term goals.4.
Sales & Merchandising ExecutionCompetence in planning and executing merchandising initiatives.Ability to influence in-store presence and product visibility.5.
Training & PresentationEffective & confident in delivering in-person product training and demonstrations.Able to support initiatives that drive knowledge and engagement among retail staff.6.
