Datadog is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Associate to help build and execute high impact localized events and campaigns for the ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) region. Reporting into the APAC Manager of Field Marketing, this role is a new position on Datadog's field team, and will be focused on event programs for pipeline generation and account expansion for our regional sales team.

**What You'll Do**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the field marketing strategy for the ANZ region as part of the overall APAC GTM strategy, and be a key point of contact for marketing across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and commercial sales teams, working closely to understand specific market priorities and inform and shape customer and prospect-facing programs contributing to pipeline and opportunity creation.
- Manage and produce field programs and events (both online and in-person) with a heavy content angle, working with relevant teams and customers to deliver events such as executive breakfasts/dinners, workshops, webinars, customer-led panels, and partner events (all in-line with our branding, messaging, and Datadog aesthetic).
- Track, measure and communicate program results (using marketing analytics tools, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts with events and various campaigns.
- Support US team with large-scale local sponsorships and third party trade shows throughout the year, as main contact on the ground.

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced with 2-3 years working in Event Management & Field Marketing, preferably in the B2B technology space. Currently based in Sydney and willing to travel 50% of the time.
- Consistent record of building successful partnerships with sales teams to craft programs that are results driven in their approach.
- Ability to plan and deliver against hard deadlines (often whilst working independently), and manage several projects at one time in an effective manner, all whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (native level English required, with any additional language skills as a bonus).
