Sarina Russo Apprenticeships client is a meat and butchery specialist based in Ningi. For business purposes they are looking for 2 reliable full-time apprentices to join their team.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to undertake a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Meat Processing (General). As a trainee you will acquire a variety of skills across the meat processing industry. Skills may include: meat safety, slaughtering, rendering, boning, and abattoirs.

To be considered for this position you will require own reliable transport to site, current driver licence is preferred but not required, be well groomed and well presented, neat and tidy and be motivated to learn. Application is open to all ages.
