Bus transportation is provided to and from West Wyalong at the beginning and end of your shift.This roster is 5/2:4/3 and a 10 hour day.We understand that flexible work means something different to everyone and encourage you to have a conversation about the flexible work options available.About the RoleAs a Gold Room Operator at Cowal, you'll be entrusted with one of the most secure and critical stages of our gold production process, transforming electrowinning outputs into Dore bars.
Reporting to the Day Services Supervisor, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, responsibility, and working in a high-trust environment.You'll be part of a close-knit Processing team, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the Gold Room while upholding the highest standards of security and compliance.In this role, you will:Operate and maintain electrowinning processes through to the pouring and shipment of Dore product.Ensure strict adherence to security protocols, including entry/exit procedures and shipment documentation.Support continuous improvement by contributing to inspections, audits, and the training of new personnel.Maintain log sheets and complete timely electronic data entry.Step into a role where trust, precision, and impact converge.

With experience in gold processing (ideally in a Gold Room), you understand the importance of precision and confidentiality in every step of the process.You're motivated by responsibility, thrive in structured environments, and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done.To succeed in this role, you'll bring:Previous experience in a gold room or similar processing environment (highly desirable).
