Our client is a leading financial services firm offering a permanent role to an experienced call centre representative. They offer a stand out environment, diverse and inclusive culture, and potential for growth

We are looking for applicants who are after learning and progression.

We seek someone is already the go to person in their own call centre team.

This will be a hybrid role (office based Monday to Wednesday, and from home on Thursdays and Fridays) following a successful induction and training in the office.

Annual pay reviews and the potential for bonus are on offer.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting SLA's and business standards, to the Advisers within wealth and capital markets
- Work towards and meet KPI's
- Obtain information to resolve complex queries
- Support outbound calls to financial intermediaries, providing key information
- Use Salesforce to record all communication, end to end
- Spreadsheet preparation, reporting and distribution
- Identify and resolve administration issues
- Become a go to person on the business product suite
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with other teams

**REQUIREMENTS**
- R6146 qualification required
- Solid experience within financial services industry and call centres
- Salesforce and Excel abilities preferable
- Understanding of funds management, and of basic legal compliance, licensing structure and issues for investors
- An interest and ability to develop a full understanding of the dynamics of financial services markets, future trends and international trends and Wealth product suite
- Excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills
