The Opportunity:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager leader to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis, covering the North Canberra area and requiring travel to coast (Batemans Bay, Moruya). The Territory Manager will be based in Canberra and report to the Zone Manager, and will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

The Accountabilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of 3 part time direct reports
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
- Contribute effectively as a member of the NSW field team
- Effective management of your merchandiser budget
- Liaising with key decision makers in store

- An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results
- Superior customer focus challenging the status quo
- FMCG experience is preferred but not essential
- You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation
- Your forward planning skills will see you ahead of the game
- Ability to commit to between one and two overnight stays per fortnight
