**About our client**:
Our client, an Australian-owned project management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to play an integral role in kickstarting their next chapter in Queensland. Join this vibrant and rapidly expanding property development company to assist in promoting and managing the marketing of two residential projects valued at $400 million each, along with several other exciting projects ranging from $50-100 million in the bustling Brisbane fringe.

**What's on offer**:
A background working in property, development or a related sector will be advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Brand of the Company and related projects.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Manage the marketing and design consultancy teams.
- Manage project launches and events.
- Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns, online activities and competitor analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing or Communications or related discipline.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manage your time efficiently, along with the ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
- High attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Content and or Customer Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent knowledge of Online, social media and PR
