**What you'll be doing**:
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to add value.
- Build trust, actively listen, and focus on upselling to maximise account growth in every interaction.
- Guide customers through upgrading from basic to advanced platforms.
- Demonstrate software solutions, from core POS products to modules and upgrades.
- Drive reactive upselling and monthly recurring revenue expansion through inbound sales.
And a little bit of
- Building strong retailer advocacy, increasing retailer empathy and understanding throughout the company.
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role.
**What you need to bring**:
- Previous experience in account management, sales development representative, or similar roles with sales environment.
- Familiarity with consultative sales in a SaaS setting, focusing on solutions.
