From educating consumers about our products, in-store promotions, and events to supporting the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives, this role offers growth potential alongside the industry's finest teammates and partners.What You'll DoDeliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service modelAdhere to Crocs, Inc.
Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance proceduresLead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniquesSupport team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standardsLearn and assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room managementProactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concernsWhat You'll Bring to the TableMust be 18 years or olderSenior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferredMinimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retailFluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) will be an advantageFlexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public HolidaysBasic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale systemDesire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environmentThe work environment and physical demands described here are representative of but not limited to those that an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this jobAbility to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise dailyAbility to lift 15kg or more with assistance dailyThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
