You will have
**2** Infrastructure Specialists reporting directly to you and you will report to the APAC Regional Infrastructure Manager. Your manager is committed to team's growth and success and promotes a respectful and empowering culture within the team.

**What your day looks like**:

- **Provide** technical expertise to core infrastructure services
- **Escalate** any urgent infrastructure related matters
- **Develop** infrastructure designs and technical specifications for new and improved systems
- **Evaluate**, design, and maintain server system solutions to meet business requirements
- **Collaborate** with Technical Leads, Project Managers and Regional team to support project activities

**Who are you?**
- **Demonstrated experience** working in a Leadership Role with multiple disciplines
- **Proven experience** with Microsoft stack (O365, Windows platform, Azure)
- **Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications **(MCP/ MCSE/ MCITP/ MCSEI/ MCITPI/ MCSA) is not essential but desirable
- **Strong **communication skills with the ability to be influential
- **High energy**, passionate about collaboration with a professional outlook
- **Proven** ability to coordinate and prioritise Infrastructure activities and support requests
