Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Technical Lead to oversee and direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of our server and network infrastructure.

This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and backup solutions, as well as expertise in cloud environments such as Azure and Microsoft 365.

A deep understanding of security tools and compliance frameworks, including the Essential Eight, is highly valued.

  • Maintain and support on-premises and cloud-based server and network infrastructure
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity
  • Perform regular security patching and updates across systems
  • Monitor infrastructure using alerting tools and respond to incidents
  • Administer and optimize cloud environments
  • Handle internal escalations and provide Tier 3 support
  • Lead or assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies
  • Automate business processes using scripting and integration tools
  • Configure systems to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor and guest access, ensuring secure and auditable access
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and backup solutions
  • Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and security tools
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, including the Essential Eight
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
