**Lovisa Opportunity**:
**Located at the DC in Derrimut, Melbourne VIC**

The Warehouse Team Leader will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring our warehouse personnel to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position isn't just about supervising a team—it's about setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. You will be the go-to person for both daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that individual and team KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Hold team members accountable for their performance, providing regular coaching, feedback, and support.
- Coordinate and streamline warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Oversee administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and data management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and safety-oriented work culture.
