Base plus commission.About The OpportunityReporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Consultant and be a key team member of the Sydney McDonald Jones Homes sales team.
Your focus is to engage customers at the start of their journey to build a new home using one of our award-winning designs.
With the goal of providing exceptional customer experiences, you will:Orchestrate the engagement with prospective customers at our display homesSchedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display homeInitiate memorable experiences as you support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closingPresent information to help customers confidently compose their dream homeCollaborating with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are accomplishedAbout YouYou will share a passion for our purpose to build better futures and be aligned to our core values of Better Together, Think Bigger, Be Accountable and People Matter.
