Our client specialises in providing legal services tailored to corporate clients, encompassing a diverse array of commercial transactions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance matters.

Due to growth across the firm, and in particular in the commercial and IP teams, they are looking for an **Associate** to join the team.

**The Team**

The IP team offer comprehensive counsel on intellectual property strategies, encompassing ownership protection and transactional aspects during corporate restructures. Their expertise extends to advising on the commercialisation and protection of various intellectual property assets, including copyrights, trademarks, domains, designs, and patents, alongside conducting thorough due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

**The Role**

This role will see you work closely with partners and other senior lawyers who have extensive expertise in the field.

The role will involve providing comprehensive support to a growing number of tech clients, encompassing brand protection, IP advisory and compliance, IT contracting, and privacy and data security advisory and compliance.

**Requirements**:
Additionally, you will have:

- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior drafting skills
