With growing business needs and clients in different states, Alpha Omega Management Consulting is looking for a casual disability/aged care support worker.

Loction: Inner West of Sydney and surrounding areas.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Assist with the daily care of clients.
- Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, food preparation and shopping.
- Assist in monitoring some medication when required.
- Train clients to care for themselves and educate family members.
- Perform administrative duties such as always clocking in/out after each shift, making incident reports, and entering shift notes on the rostering app.
- Participate in case reviews to determine the needs and wellbeing of the client.
- Assist in improving wellbeing and independence of clients.
- Follow company policy and procedures to meet the relevant legislation compliance requirements.
- Attend relevant training or company meetings when required.

**About you**
- Confident and calm manner.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to adapt** **communication skills to each client you work with.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience on working with people with Disabilities and/ elderly people.
- Certificate Level III in Individual Support (Disability or Home, Social and Community Service) (minimum).
- Current valid police check
- Driver licence and have an access to a vehicle.
