We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Data Analyst
with strong expertise in
Master Data Management (MDM)
to join our team at
XPT Software Australia
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with large datasets, implementing MDM strategies, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Design and implement MDM solutions to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards and governance policies.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
Support data migration and integration efforts across platforms.
Document data processes, workflows, and business rules.
Must-Have Skills
Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis and data management.
Strong hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Exposure to data warehousing concepts and tools.
Understanding of business domains such as finance, retail, or healthcare.
Certification in MDM or data analytics.
