We are seeking our next SSA Roving Team Member to support various stores, including but not limited to Craigieburn, Eltham, Mill Park, Preston and Epping.

About the Role

Great opportunity to join the Loss Prevention team, our focus is on stock loss and our strategy is to "Sell More, Lose Less".

You will work as part of a small team, that travels to various stores, assisting with the 100% auditing of all deliveries into the Goods Inwards area.

The SSA team is an important part of the relationship between Loss Prevention and the operations team. Please note that this role will require travel and you will need a current Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
- What an SSA Roving Team Member can expect to do:
- Conduct a 100% physical check on all stock received- Coach store teams on Goods Inwards processes- Provide feedback to team assist on unsafe deliveries and supplier related issues- Participate in other store duties as required and deliver outstanding customer service- Work with the wider LP team to reduce stock loss

What we need from you:
- Have the physical capacity to safely lift and move products- A sense of eagerness to get the job done, with energy and drive- A demonstrated ability to work, think and act safely- Open communication style- Accuracy and attention to detail- An ability to work in and contribute to a team- Flexibility to work a variety of hours (Mon-Fri) and at different locations
