**We are seeking a passionate F&B professional who is ready to take that next step in their career journey Are you ready to Lead? Learn? Grow? If you are committed, then we are ready to train you to become a leader**

we will provide hands-on training with the entire operation, including POS programming, Ivvy Conference Booking Diary, Social Media training as well as effective staff leadership.

In the absence of F&B Manager, you will be the face of the Restaurant and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the restaurant and that guests expectations are exceeded.

**Overall Position Requirements**:

- Have strong knowledge and absolute passion for food and beverage
- Be capable to lead the team and support the Restaurant Manager in the running of the service and outlets
- Assist in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and beverage
- Demonstrate and teach the art of upselling, whilst maintaining high service standard
- Build relationships with guests, team members and senior management
- Proactively increase skill and knowledge around produce, beverage, and cuisine.

**You will possess**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in the hospitality sector or a leadership role that was focused on customer service.
- Strong food, wine and service knowledge, experience with relevant cuisine will be looked upon very favorably
- A valid WA RSA and food handling certificate
- Immaculate grooming and presentation and a strong eye for detail
- The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and problem solve effectively
- The flexibility to work on rotating roster including public holiday and weekend

**Salary**: $25.00 - $34.99 per hour
