The hotel outlets include Haven Lounge, famous Garum restaurant and Rooms Service outlets as well as 2,300 square meters of versatile event space; they are all equipped with cutting-edge technology, allowing guests to host grand functions.

Responsible for providing excellent dining experiences, our Food & Beverage team is proactive, welcoming and expert with providing service to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill a Food & Beverage Supervisor role to assist with the execution of 5* service.

**Requirements**:
For the Supervisor role we are seeking a professional displaying the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in supervisor / team leader positions advantageous
- Exceptional food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Coffee and Bar skills highly regarded
- Lead and Support High Tea Service
- Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- have an understanding of cost of goods and pricing
- Able to maintain stock control
- Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Have an eye for detail
- Able to work within a team
- Be innovative but still follow direction
- Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
