Site Manager – $30M Education Projects (Western Sydney)
Government & Education Sector | Two New Projects | Long-Term Pipeline
We've partnered with a well-regarded head contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality government, education, and commercial projects across NSW.
With two new education projects commencing shortly in Riverstone and Glenmore Park , they're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and drive the delivery of these important community builds.
This is a builder known for repeat government work, positive subcontractor relationships, and an engaged senior leadership team that supports on-site delivery teams.
Their systems, structure, and team culture are standout features in the market – and their project pipeline is secure and growing.
About the projects
Two upcoming NSW Government school projects , combined value of approx.
$30M
Projects will run concurrently, with full support from CA, PM, and delivery leadership
Site access, services coordination, programme management, stakeholder communication – you'll lead it all
What You'll Be Responsible For :
Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades, programme, and safety
Managing progress against milestones, subcontractor delivery, and defect control
Liaising with consultants, suppliers, site teams, and key government stakeholders
Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive site that aligns with project goals and timelines
What We're Looking For :
5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on education, government, or commercial projects up to $30M
Track record delivering D&C or GC21 contracts highly regarded
Ability to manage fast-paced programmes and trade sequencing effectively
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of safety, quality, and compliance requirements
