We're now looking for a driven **Sales & Customer Service Representative** to join our Padstow team and guide families towards the right tutoring solutions for their children.

**Your Role**:

- Speak with parents (warm leads) and recommend the right tutoring programs
- Build genuine connections and guide families through enrolments
- Handle objections with confidence around costs, scheduling, and benefits
- Deliver excellent customer service to keep families engaged and satisfied

**What We're Looking For**:

- Sales or customer service experience (education background a plus)
- Confident communicator with persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Must hold (or be eligible for) a **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- Availability: weekdays 3-7pm and Saturdays 8am-4:30pm at our Padstow centre

**How to Apply**:

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
