Join a global leader in real estate and facilities management at BGIS We are seeking a **Risk and Compliance Manager **to support our key client, Qantas. **Your Role**
As the **Risk and Compliance Manager **, you will:

- Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental statutory and contractual obligations.
- Maintain and continuously improve WHSE management systems.
- Conduct and manage internal and external WHSE audits.
- Provide technical expertise, training, and support to account-based compliance staff.
- Investigate and report on OH&E incidents, ensuring effective resolution.
- Oversee safety compliance workflows, including permits and SWMS.
- Stay updated on Commonwealth and state OH&S requirements, as well as BGIS and client compliance standards.

**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will have:

- **Qualifications**:Tertiary qualification in HSEQ or demonstrated industry experience.
- **Experience**:Background in building or facilities management, ideally with subcontract management experience.
- **Knowledge**:Practical understanding of OH&S, QA, and environmental regulations in Australia.
- **Skills**:Strong report writing, business acumen, and proficiency in MS Office and CMMS platforms.
- **Attributes**:Flexible, innovative problem-solver with excellent organizational and team collaboration skills.
