Patient Wolf Distilling Co. are looking for a Casual FOH Team Member. We're a Southbank based Distillery and bar producing Australian gin on our 220L German made Muller still. The role will involve representing the Patient Wolf brand in our Southbank located bar and cellar door during day to day service and special events, both on-site and off.

We are seeking individuals who go over and above the simple day to day and will come to live and breathe the brand.

YOUR ROLE:
Your primary role as a FOH Team Member will be to fulfill the venue's service requirements of bar and floor service.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Staffing of onsite and offsite events, corporate and private
- Hosting of gin flights, tastings and classes
- Prepare for daily bookings, tastings, functions, events and tours
- Maintain the floor, service and delivery of drinks and food during service
- Stock management, rotation and maintenance
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Guest relations, ensuring all patrons have an exceptional and safe experience
- Working with our online QR Ordering System and Point Of Sale
- Venue and event setup and packdown

- RSA

- All products are of the highest quality level and representative of our brand
- Ensure the venue is always clean and presentable
- Venue setup, packdown and cleanliness protocols are completed adequately
