A Montessori Adolescent Program teacher plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting our students during their junior and senior high school years. As a teacher in the Montessori Adolescent Program you:

- Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with Montessori principles and pedagogy and is tailored to the unique needs and interests of adolescents.
- Foster a collaborative and experiential learning environment that encourages exploration and independence.
- Support the intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of adolescents.
- Create opportunities for students to explore their interests and develop a sense of responsibility and self-discipline.
- Facilitate the development of a strong sense of community.
- Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and respect among students.
- Provide guidance and support for students to set and achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Integrate outdoor education and hands-on experiences into the curriculum.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with other Montessori teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
