**Your day to day**
- Sell Poly's complete range of products and services via a two-tier sales model both through and to Telstra.
- Preserve and grow Poly's business revenue with Telstra.
- Create and maintain a close working relationship with key Telstra sales and engineering teams.
- Indentify and create new sales opportunities, collaborating with Telstra's sales teams to build a joint sales pipeline.
- Participate in the end user sales process by providing assistance to Telstra's sales team throught joints sales calls, organising, coordinating and participating in Poly solution demonstrations, assisting with customer POCs, supplying special pricing, and introducing additional Poly resources as necessary to successfully close the sale.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and opportunity updates including maintaining accurate CRM records in Poly's internal tracking systems.
- Evangalise the value proposition of poly's solution offerings throughout Telstra.
- Maintain Telstra's sales competence by ensuring Poly's product and services certifications are completed and organised training is attended.
- Identify, manage and resolve day to day issues likely to impact Poly's ongoing business partnership with Telstra.
- Advocate and manage Poly's channel partner program, ensuring Telstra maintains their Poly Platinum status, utilises deal registration and receives the appropriate entitlement of partner program benefits.
- Ensure Telstra is leveraging all current Poly sales and marketing programs and promotions in conjunction with Poly's authorised distributors.
- Work closely with Telstra's sales and marketing leadership to ensure strategic and tactical GTM alignment.
- Manage sales orders, provide status updates to Telstra sales teams, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Continual learning to ensure up to date knowledge of Poly's latest product and service offerings, strategic initiatives with Poly's alliance partners and market trends.
- Perform additional duties as required to help Poly meet and exceed it's sales goals and quality objectives.
**What you bring to the team**
- 5+ years successful vendor channel management experience in the service provider space - preferably Telstra.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, science or other related discipline preferred
- Demonstrated experience in customer success management
- Knowledge and understanding of a converged communications environment, including VoIP, video and data networking
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, rapport and trusted advisor status with customers
- Strong personal management discepline and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and appropriately at all levels of the organization and with external contacts
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to learn and maintain technical knowledge of poly's offerings
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to utilize sales CRM databases efficiently and accurately
