We represent a premier and leading medium sized Sydney commercial law firm.

As an upshot of growth, the firm is now looking for a senior level employment lawyer to join at Partner level.

**Employment**

The Employment & WHS team cover the full gamut of employment and WHS matters including advising on Awards and EBAs, industrial relations, restraints of trade, discrimination, unfair dismissal and work, health and safety.

The team sits within the wider Disputes practice and has potential for exponential growth.

**Position Description**

Working closely with the firm's other partners, you will transition seamlessly into a firm that is going from strength to strength.

In leading the Employment & WHS team, you will continue to attract and grow the practice in line with the firm's objectives.

There is plenty of scope for you to further develop the firm's high calibre clients that include public companies, SMEs, subsidiaries of multinationals, as well as some of Australia's most recognisable companies and brand names.

This is a great opportunity for driven and talented senior practitioner to make their mark in this collegial and friendly commercial law firm.

**Requirements**:
You will be a partner or senior practitioner with most likely
**10+ years' **experience in employment and safety law, with a proven ability to attract and develop a practice.
