**Graduate Opportunity**

We are currently working with a global brand who are expanding their Sydney based offices. The graduate role available is a Call Centre/Customer Service Representative and is to join the Sydney customer service team. The role will involve.
- Processing of sales orders
- Handling inbound sales calls and customer enquiries
- Liaison with the warehouse personnel and ensuring stock availability is monitored
- Follow up with transport companies for customer orders
- Processing and sending quotes

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
