We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with drivers and providing updates on delivery schedules, assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, and handling a high volume of telephone calls.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with drivers and provide updates on delivery schedules
- Handle a high volume of telephone calls in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer needs
- Contribute to a positive and professional team culture

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Positive attitude and team player mentality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
