Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished civil engineer to join our leadership team. As a senior civil engineer, you will be responsible for managing ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with clients.

You will work on iconic projects, leading and delivering current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction in support of technical and commercial standards, and within time constraints and cost budgets.

Your role will involve working in a varied, hands-on environment with a leadership angle across design management, superintendency and site surveillance. You will also delegate and supervise the work of junior engineers, and partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

The ideal candidate will have solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environment, with a strong client relationship management and project management skills.

They will also possess a sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC etc.), proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D, and drainage software experience.
