We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Systems Analyst to join our team and play an integral role with the review, interpretation, implementation and analysis of data and the end-to-end payroll process.

**About the role**

Reporting to our Systems Accountant and supported by the payroll team you will be involved in the following
- Work with external software providers to ensure Award profiling is correct and coordinate Award rebuilds and undertake testing as required.
- Provide support to the People and Culture team for Enterprise Agreement renewals and award interpretation
- Regular auditing of payroll to ensure compliance relative to Enterprise Agreements, contracts of employment and legislation
- Play a key role with the implementation of new software
- Provide guidance with process improvements and analysis to stakeholders internally through reporting and analysis of data.
- Providing hands on support with the fortnightly end to end pay run

**About you**

We are looking for a proactive deadline driven individual that possesses a strong understanding of payroll analytics, time and attendance systems, reporting and end to end payroll processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Human Resources or similar preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role with 5 + years experience
- Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements & Awards
- Previous involvement with payroll software implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software
- High attention to detail, accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex matters in a simplified form.
