The Opportunity The Payroll Systems Analyst plays a key role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our payroll systems.
You will oversee system integration, configuration, and functionality, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include: Managing payroll-related system maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborating with Payroll, Kronos, and IT teams to deliver automation and system integration solutions Supporting internal and external payroll audits Ensuring compliance with system and data procedures Performing data analysis, calculations, and reporting About You You'll bring expertise in payroll systems and a proven ability to support complex organisations.
Your background will include: Experience supporting and maintaining payroll systems (Dayforce, SAP/SuccessFactors, or Workday preferred) Strong knowledge of payroll security structures and master data management Experience managing system interfaces with finance and other platforms Clear and confident communication skills across diverse stakeholders Proven experience in large, multi-site, multi-agreement environments Hands-on involvement in payroll system implementations Why join Cleanaway?
