**About the role**
Take your demand planning career to the next level while evolving BE Campbell's processes and practices in this newly created role
Reporting in to the Sales & Operations Planning Manager, you will develop and maintain accurate forecasts, drive the S&OP cycle, and own master data for BEC range of products.
The role will also see you leading continuous development of electronic data interchange capabilities within the business in collaboration with the IT team.

**About you**
We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, busy environment where no two days are the same. While prior experience in food production is preferred, it is not essential.
You will come with solid demand planning experience in an FMCG environment, as well as the ability to influence and challenge the status quo. Your strong business acumen coupled with your analytical skills with a strategic ability, will see you thrive in this role
- 2 - 5 years demand planning experience
- Experience integrating production/demand planning activities into S&OP cycle
- Driven to completely own area of expertise and lead continuous improvement of related cross-functional processes, educating and influencing other areas of the business
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to think quickly, clearly and logically whilst meeting deadlines
- Proven ability to develop and maintain key customer relationships
- Ability to communicate confidently and assertively at all levels
- Strong computer literacy
- Advanced Excel skills
