Introduction
As a Job Coach - WFA, you will do much more than find jobs; you'll be changing lives. At MAX, we are passionate about empowering & motivating our customers to achieve their employment goals and successfully transition into meaningful and sustainable employment.
The key to success is working with your customers, building relationships, and gaining their trust. You will:
Assist with the basics that benefit your customers to achieve positive outcomes, including presenting themselves well to potential employers
Understand your customers' goals and link them with activities to enhance their skillsets if needed
Use your influencing skills to connect your customers with employers and build employer relationships to secure employment

Solutions-focused with a positive mindset

Strong organisational and administrative skills
Resilient, empathetic, and a team player
Current driver's license
Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to employment
