We're on the hunt for an energetic, customer-focused **Junior**Front of House Team Member** to join our bakery family in Healesville. As the face of Beechworth Bakery, you'll be serving up smiles (and our delicious treats) to locals, road trippers, and everyone in between.

From helping customers find their favourite slice to sharing the story behind our famous _Bee Sting_, you'll be a key part of delivering the warm, welcoming experience we're known for.

The role on offer is casual with a range of hours available as needed.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and keeping the front area looking its best.
- Sharing product knowledge and recommendations with customers.
- Working closely with the bakery team to keep things running smoothly - from morning coffee rushes to busy weekend afternoons.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A customer-focused all-rounder who's positive and proactive
- Barista experience, or keen willingness to learn and great customer skills
- Ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, along with weekdays.
