We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our café environment as a Front of House staff.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders and provide information about our delicious menu.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the front of house area.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
