We are a growing e-commerce business based in Sydney's inner west, importing aftermarket motorcycle accessories for road and track bikes selling Australia wide.

We are currently seeking an online store clerk to assist in the day-to-day running of the online store, from handling customer enquires through to dispatching orders. The role will also involve co-ordinating with overseas manufacturers to ensure stock levels are maintained and ordered as necessary to fulfil customer orders.

Typical tasks will include:

- Dispatch online orders
- Receiving/unpacking deliveries
- Manage incoming inventory
- Manage stock and inventory
- Keep customers up-to-date with orders
- Co-ordinate online store returns and exchanges
- Create purchase orders
- Place orders with suppliers
- Order packaging supplies

We are flexible with working hours, although 4-6 hours, 3 days a week would be a minimum requirement. This would be a great role for returning to work parents who need flexibility around school hours.

Over time there is the potential for the right employee to expand the role further into other administrative roles within the business.

Strong computer literacy is an essential. Experience using ecommerce platforms particularly Shopify is preferential as is prior retail experience online or otherwise. Knowledge of the motorcycle industry is preferential although not essential.
