Online Store Sales Associate

We are seeking a part-time online store clerk to assist in the day-to-day running of our e-commerce platform. The role will involve handling customer inquiries, dispatching orders, and co-ordinating with suppliers to maintain stock levels.

The successful candidate will have strong computer literacy and experience using ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify. Prior retail experience is preferred, although not essential. Knowledge of the motorcycle industry is also beneficial.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Dispatching online orders
  • Receiving and unpacking deliveries
  • Managing inventory and stock levels
  • Keeping customers up-to-date with order status
  • Co-ordinating online store returns and exchanges

Flexibility with working hours is required, with a minimum commitment of 4-6 hours per day, three days per week. This is an ideal opportunity for returning to work parents who require flexibility around school hours.
