**Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Manager**

We are seeking a motivated **E&I Manager** to lead a Fixed Gas Detection, Workshop, NATA Calibration Lab, and Instrumentation divisions. You will guide a team of technicians, ensure high-quality service delivery, and collaborate with clients on maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting. The role involves a mix of hands-on fieldwork and workshop support, with strategic growth responsibilities alongside senior leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of service and installation technicians.
- Provide technical leadership for on-site and workshop operations.
- Drive business growth with the National Sales Manager and General Manager.
- Manage client contracts and ensure productivity and service excellence.
- Collaborate on strategy and operational goals.

**Essential Criteria**:

- QLD Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Licence or Electronics/Instrumentation qualification with QLD Restricted Electrical Licence.
- Valid manual driver's licence.
- Instrumentation experience is a plus but not essential.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Calibration and fault-finding experience.
- Familiarity with MODBUS or similar protocols.
- Experience with gas detection systems and database management.
