We currently have an opportunity for a Surveyor based in the Sydney Metro area for the Housing team.
- Topographic Surveys, Cadastral Surveys (residential set outs, boundary marking, identification surveys etc), Works as Executed and other survey tasks
- Computations and data processing
- Consult and advise clients on surveying issues
- Direct liaison with clients, attending to client's requests and needs

**Required**
- A completed tertiary qualification in Surveying (Cert 4 or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Industry White Card
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with ability to liaise in a friendly manner
- Good data entry skills with eye for detail
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the work environment
- Knowledge in BricsCad, AutoCad & Magnet - desired
- Experience with Trimble Total Station - desired
