We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leaderon our night shift that can lead from the front.
Working for our customer Premier Foods based at our Tamworth site.
You will be responsible for e nsuring all colleagues within the team are trained in their respective tasks, adhering to QHSE rules and procedures whilst meeting or exceeding operational requirements within the contract.We have a full-time, permanent position workingon our 3 on 3 off shift pattern, working 18:00 - 06:00.Pay, benefits and more:We're looking to offer a salary of £31,969.56 per annum, and 22 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).

What you'll do on a typical day:Team management: developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIsYou'll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you'll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safeYou'll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possibleMaintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefsand preparing handoversWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, automation and multi-channelExperience of working to agreed targets and managing a small teamWell-versed in warehouse management systemsGood working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislationWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
