About the role Join us as a casual Personal Care Worker and enjoy the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

You bring compassion, flexibility and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and a solid working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
To be successful, you will have: Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support with a minimum of 6 months paid Australian experience in an aged care or hospital setting.
EN & RN Students – must have completed 2 placements in the last 12 months (1 aged care, 1 clinical).
Current National Police Check Evidence of up-to-date immunisation history Current work rights in Australia First Aid training Current Basic Life Support certificate Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents Confidence working independently and as part of a team About Us First Choice Care is one of Australia's leading staffing agencies, specialising in aged care, healthcare and clinical facilitation.
