HEI Schools Emerald Early Learning Centre is a high quality early learning centre that successfully combines the high standards of education and care from both Australian and Finnish curriculums.

HEI Schools Emerald accommodates for 60 children aged between 6 weeks and 5 years, providing a high quality curriculum and learning environments that cater to children's developmental needs.

HEI Schools Emerald is located in the heart of Emerald, well known for the Puffing Billy Railroad and the beautiful Emerald Lake.

To foster children's holistic growth, the educators create an environment based on current scientific research conducted by our founding partner, University of Helsinki, Finland.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Breaks and planning time.cover in all classrooms**
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children
- Design and implement play-based learning activities that align with HEI Schools' curriculum
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Communicate effectively with parents, fostering a positive community relationship
- Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators to provide exceptional care

**What We're Looking For**:

- CertIII/ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and a passion for early years education
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly personality
