What you'll be doing
As a Finance Graduateat Alcoa, you to learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in:
Corporate Finance – including financial accounting, statutory requirements and financial planning & analysis
Financial Shared Services – critical month end costing processes for raw materials & inventory, asset inventory and other key controllership requirements
Internal Audit – key controllership and involvement in internal audits of operations
Location accounting – including business partnering and management accounting
Tax & Treasury support
Development and mentoring
Throughout the program, you will be provided with:
Coaching,mentoring,hands-onandprofessional training.
Diverse experiences; from working in our corporate offices, to a local on-site environment within our 2 mine sites, 3 powerhouses and 2 alumina refineries.
